These terms apply to enquiries and purchases from Postura Lab in Italy. Because this demonstration site has no cart or checkout, product availability and ordering arrangements are confirmed separately through support.
Ergonomic disclaimer
Our products and educational content are designed to support comfortable desk habits. They are not medical devices, diagnoses, treatment, or substitutes for advice from a qualified health professional. Individual needs vary; stop using an item that increases discomfort and seek professional guidance for persistent pain, weakness, tingling, or numbness.
Warranty
Postura Lab accessories include a two-year limited warranty for consumers in Italy, covering manufacturing faults under normal intended use. The warranty excludes ordinary wear, cosmetic changes, misuse, incorrect assembly, modifications, impact damage, liquids, and use outside the published weight or compatibility limits. Proof of purchase may be required.
Returns
Eligible consumers may notify us of a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be complete, clean, and returned with original components and protective packaging. We may reduce a refund where handling exceeds what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product. Customised, hygiene-sensitive, or sealed goods may have lawful exceptions.
Exchanges
Size, finish, or model exchanges depend on stock. Contact support before sending anything so we can issue instructions and confirm compatibility. If the requested replacement costs more or less, we will explain any additional payment or refund before proceeding. An exchange does not remove rights available under applicable consumer law.
Shipping
Delivery estimates and charges are confirmed before an order is accepted. Times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed. Customers should provide a reachable Italian address and inspect parcels promptly. Risk passes as provided by applicable law; reported transit damage should include photographs of the parcel, label, and product.

For product questions, assembly guidance, compatibility, warranty requests, or order concerns, contact support@posturalab.pro. Include the product name, purchase reference, and clear photographs where relevant. We aim to acknowledge messages within two Italian business days. Support guidance must be followed safely and does not authorise structural desk modifications.
Final terms
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Italian law and mandatory EU consumer protections apply. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
