This notice explains how Postura Lab may handle information from visitors and customers in Italy. The interactive demonstration currently stores diagnostic choices only in the active browser session and offers no direct checkout.
Diagnostic data
The five-item desk diagnostic runs locally in your browser. We do not require your name to calculate a score, and the checklist resets when the page is refreshed. If a future service allows you to save or submit results, we will clearly explain the fields, purpose, retention period, and consent choices before collection.
Payments
This website has no cart or checkout. Where an order is arranged separately, an authorised payment provider may process card or account details under its own privacy terms. Postura Lab receives transaction references, payment status, billing details, and fraud signals necessary to complete, document, or refund the transaction; we do not store full card numbers.
Cookies
Essential storage may remember security preferences or maintain the operation of the site. Optional cookies, if introduced, will require the choices applicable under Italian and EU law. You may reject non-essential cookies through the consent controls or browser settings. Blocking essential technology may affect functions that depend on it.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate visits, device categories, page performance, referral sources, and interaction patterns. Where required, analytics runs only after consent. We seek to minimise identifiers, shorten retention, and avoid using diagnostic selections to build sensitive profiles. Aggregated reports help improve accessibility and content relevance.
Support messages
When you contact support, we process your name, email address, message, attachments, product details, and purchase reference to answer the request, document service, prevent abuse, and meet warranty or legal obligations. Avoid sending health records or unnecessary sensitive information. Support records are retained only as long as reasonably required for these purposes.
Data rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
